Technical Engineer

We are currently seeking a Technical Engineer to support product development and provide technical expertise for our projects. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical knowledge, good communication skills, and a proactive mindset. This role involves close collaboration with the engineering, sales, and QA/QC teams to ensure effective product design, thorough testing, successful project execution, and full compliance with quality and regulatory standards.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Prepare and develop product design drawings and layout plans.
2. Develop detailed designs for new products, including technical drawings and specifications (dimensions, materials, and processes).
3. Conduct lighting calculations and lux simulations to support product development and project requirements.
4. Perform product testing using laboratory equipment such as goniophotometer, IP testing equipment, and integrating sphere.
5. Prepare and maintain ISO 9001 documentation for the R&D department, ensuring compliance with quality management standards.
6. Provide technical support to the Project Sales team on product applications, specifications, and project-related matters.
7. Undertake any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the superior from time to time.

Requirements:

1. Diploma/ Degree in any discipline or equivalent
2. Minimum 1 year related working experience
3. Knowledge in Microsoft office
4. Good communication and coordination skills
5. Able to work independently and as part of a team
